More than three decades inside educational institutions
SkillonX was founded by Kumaraswamy Puttaswamappa after more than 35 years serving educational institutions as a Principal, Administrative Officer, Educator and Academic Leader.
His career began in the classroom and grew through academic mentoring and administrative responsibility to the role of Principal. Along the way he worked across CBSE, ICSE and State educational systems.
That experience gave him a first-hand view of the operational, academic and transformational challenges institutions face, from faculty development and administration to student outcomes and organisational change.
Over those decades one pattern became clear. Institutions were adopting technology, yet many still struggled with disconnected systems, fragmented operations, capability gaps, limited visibility and inefficient workflows. Technology alone was not enough; institutions needed connected systems, built with an understanding of how institutions actually run. That realisation became the foundation of SkillonX.
“Technology does not transform institutions. People, capability, processes, and technology working together create transformation.”
